Meet The Team

Matt Sheridan

Founder

Matt’s role at Team Thirteen has evolved from hands-on creative work to overseeing the broader operations of Team Thirteen. Despite his executive responsibilities, he remains closely connected to the creative process—frequently offering creative direction in post-production and occasionally returning to the edit bay himself, as he did recently with the documentary
The Polar Star with Cody Townsend.

Todd Grabe

Creative Director

Todd Grabe is a Director who began his career in video editing — a craft that taught him how rhythm, tone, and emotion come together to tell a story. He’s worked as an Associate Creative Director at Target and directed projects for brands like Best Buy, General Mills, Converse, U.S. Bank, Adobe, and Shipt. Along the way, he picked up a Daytime Emmy for Editing.

Todd loves projects that blend strong visual storytelling with
a sense of humanity — whether that means finding the perfect unscripted moment or crafting something with a creative twist. He brings curiosity, a sense of humor, and collaboration
to every job. It’s this mix of experience, personality, and storytelling chops that he brings to his work as Creative Director at Team Thirteen.
